HCR 8 - The resolution creates the Harry S Truman Tribute Commission composed of six members of the General Assembly. The Commission shall select a site within the area of the Capitol Complex for a tribute. The tribute shall be funded by contributions and the Commission shall exist until it has completed the tribute to Harry S Truman.
